We are HEXA Construction & Consulting – a mother-and-son team combining decades of experience from two complementary fields.

Julija brings more than 25 years of international expertise in trade, technical industries, leadership, finance, and strategic business development. She managed regional operations for Sabroe AS Industrie and later York International Austria in the southern Balkans, collaborated with leading European manufacturers in the refrigeration and climate industry, worked in human resources, and most recently led an outpatient care facility with full economic and personnel responsibility. Today, she stands for clarity, structure, analysis, and solution-oriented guidance within the consulting sector.

Nebojsa contributes extensive hands-on experience in construction – interior finishing, climate, sanitation, ventilation systems, insulation, WDVS facades, and high-quality clinker facades. Since 2018, he has managed his own construction company, transitioning to a GmbH in 2020, and collaborated with partners such as H+E (POOR Group), Apleona, and Wallintin. He is currently managing facade projects for V-Baukontor Hamburg and brings with him a strong network of reliable, skilled professionals across all relevant trades.
